齊心努力，不負所託
接觸世華，嚴格說來應該有26年的歷史了，首先受柯杜創會總會長之委任，成立台南縣工商分會，歷經一年的時間，於西元1997年成立；2012年再度受柯杜總會長厚愛，成立大台南分會，如此成了世華兩個分會的創會長。在此期間，陸續擔任世華總會 第六屆副總會長、國際常務理事及幾屆國際諮詢委員，故此對世華有深深不可拋棄的感情。
除了世華之外，我尚有很多不同性質的社團，30年的社團歷練，投入公益團體，本想退休了，但每次看到柯杜創會總會長的精神，奉獻世華的一切，讓我深深的感動。今年參與世華第一次監事長的選舉，很幸運地被選上，希望未來的兩年能為世華做些更具體的工作及服務。
世華創新格局，改變以往推舉的方式，第一次由代表選舉產生第十二屆第一副總會長、監事長。雖然我曾經擔任過副總會長，但這次選上監事長，卻覺得責任更加重大。其職責工作，涵蓋對於會務工作推動的督導、財務收支的監督查核機制，期盼能定期召開監事會議，並在選舉時負責選票、投票、開票的監票工作及查核任務，讓監事會發揮應盡的職責，能在公開、公平、公正之下執行會務，以獲得全體會員的信任。
希望我在第十二屆的監事長任內，在任務執行上也能有所精進，與住維總會長及總會幹部團隊一起共同齊心努力，完成設定的目標和任務，方不辜負世華姊妹對我們的期望。

Working together to live up to the trust
My engagement with GFCBW, strictly speaking, has been 26 years, first by the appointment by Founding Chairwoman Jui Chin Ko Tu to establish the Tainan County Industrial and Commercial Branch, the branch was then founded one year later, in 1997. In 2012, I was once again trusted by Chairwoman Ko Tu and designated to set up the Tainan Branch of GFCBW. I thus have taken the office of the founding Chairwoman for the two branches of the federation. During this period, I successively served as the sixth vice Chairwoman of the federation, the international executive director, and an international advisory committee member (several terms); thus, I embrace a deep affection for the federation that could never leave.
In addition to the federation, I have been involved in many associations of different natures, including 30 years of organizational experience in the public welfare group. I have thought of retiring, but every time I saw the spirit of the founding Chairwoman of Ko Tu, who dedicated herself to everything in the federation, I was deeply moved. This year, I participated in the election of the chairman of the board of supervisors of the federation for the first time, and I was fortunate to be elected, hoping to do more specific work and services for the federation in the next two years.
In the 12th session, GFCBW innovated a new pattern, changing the method of selection from that in the past, electing the first vice Chairwoman and supervisor of the 12th session by the delegates for the first time. Although I have served as vice Chairwoman in the past, I feel that the responsibility is even more now that I have been elected as the chairman of the board of supervisors this time. The chairman’s duty and work cover the supervision and inspection mechanism of the promotion of the federation tasks and the supervision and verification mechanisms of financial revenue and expenditure. The board of supervisors is expected to hold regular meetings of the supervisors, and to be responsible for the voting ballots, voting and vote-counting supervision and verification tasks during the election, so that the board of supervisors can carry out its appointed duties and do its job with openness, fairness and justice, so as to gain the trust of all GFCBW members.
I hope that during my tenure as the chairman of the 12th Session of Supervisory Board, I can improve in the implementation of this task, and work together with the Chairwoman Chu Wei and the cadre team of the federation to complete the goals and tasks set, so as to live up to the expectations of the sisters of GFCBW.
