行穩踏實，公正無私
自從加入【世華】日本分會，協助籌辦2012年大阪世界年會；再於2017年創立日本關西分會，十幾年來，與【世華】的緣分越結越深，也受到許多的栽培。2020年獲得【華冠獎)的表揚之後，我相繼受聘擔任中華民國僑務委員；在台商領域，擔任兩屆日本台灣商會聯合總會總會長、一屆亞洲台灣商會聯合總會監事長；並且被推舉擔任中台灣女力論壇聯合會創會長。透過這些職務的責任承擔，獲得很寶貴的歷練。
2022年受邀擔任【世華】第12屆副總會長，接下2023日本大阪世界年會籌備的重責大任，並且協助完成責任區亞洲四個新會的創立。兩年副總會長的任期，讓我增加對自我的期許，在各方鼓勵之下，爭取第13屆監事長的職務承擔。感謝大家的肯定與支持，讓我能夠以全票當選，未來兩年將帶著這份姊妹們深厚的情誼，負重前行，協助總會的會務推動。
13屆的總會長林淑敏，我們分別為澳洲分會和日本關西分會的創會長；其次，我們相繼在第七屆和第八屆當選【華冠獎】；更難得的是，在2021年一起考進政治大學 EMBA華商班，同窗研修兩年。兩個人能夠連中三元，在三種領域成為「同班同學」，這樣的緣分也算是極為少見了。
「監察總會會務執行、稽核財務收支運用、督促會員體履行義務」，是我所提出的政見，未來兩年，我將會懷抱「珍惜所託，用心護持」的初衷，秉持「行穩踏實，公正無私」的原則和精神，來為大家服務。期盼能夠協助淑敏總會長，在歷屆總會長三十年來所奠定的會務基石上，再添新猷，讓【世華】會務發展更上一層樓!

Steadfast, Fair and Impartial
Since joining the GFCBW Japan Chapter and assisting in organizing the 2012 GFCBW World Congress in Osaka, my connection with GFCBW has deepened over the years. In 2017, I established the GFCBW Kansai Chapter in Japan, and I have been fortunate to receive substantial support and nurturing from the organization. After being honored with the Hua Guan Award in 2020, I was appointed as a Commissioner of the Overseas Community Affairs Council, Republic of China. In the realm of Taiwanese business, I served two terms as President of the Japan Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry and one term as Supervisor General of the Asia Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce. I was also elected as the Founding President of the Central Taiwan Women Power Forum, gaining valuable experience through these leadership roles.
In 2022, I was invited to serve as Vice Chairwoman of the 12th team, taking on the significant responsibility of organizing the 2023 GFCBW World Congress in Osaka, Japan, and assisting in the establishment of four new chapters in Asia. During my two-year term as Vice Chairwoman, I raised my expectations for myself and, with encouragement from many, pursued the position of Supervisor General for the 13th term. I am deeply grateful for the recognition and support, which allowed me to be elected unanimously. In the next two years, I will carry the deep bonds of sisterhood and move forward, assisting in the advancement of the organization's activities.
Shu Min Lin, the 13th Chairwoman of GFCBW, and I share many similarities. We both served as Founding Presidents of our respective chapters---Australia and Japan Kansai. Additionally, we were recipients of the 7th and 8th Hua Guan Awards, respectively. Perhaps most remarkably, in 2021, we both enrolled in the EMBA Chinese Business Class at National Chengchi University, studying together for two years. It is quite rare for two people to connect across three distinct areas in such a significant way.
My platform is focused on "overseeing the execution of general meetings, auditing the financial management, and encouraging members to fulfill their obligations." For the next two years, I uphold the principle of "valuing the entrusted responsibility, safeguarding it with care," and follow the spirit of steadfastness, fairness, and impartiality" as I serve all members. I hope to assist Chairwomen Shu Min in building on the 30-year foundation laid by previous Chairwomen, driving GFCBW's future development to even greater heights!
