蛻變與成長的旅程：世華八年回顧
2016年進入了世華，這段旅程讓我深受啟發，從中獲益良多。世華人才輩出，每位大大與姊妹們都是一座座的寶藏，你們的智慧、經驗和精神都令人驚豔與深受感動。
感謝世華舉辦很多有意義的講座，CEO書苑、姊妹的奮鬥史、商業知識、產業分析，讓我能擁有經濟文化、時尚心靈各方面的洗禮，從你們身上汲取智慧，從你們的成功故事中學習堅持、毅力與智慧，讓我受益匪淺，也成為我成長路上的良師益友。
自從進入世華總會擔任副總會長，這也是我成長的另一個里程碑。我有機會更深入地參與世華的事務，與更多的人一起合作、學習和成長。在這個過程中，我深深體會到團隊合作的重要性，也學會如何發揮每個人的優勢，如何成為一個成功的領導人，讓團隊更加強大，這就是所謂的團隊中沒有個人主義(There is no "I" in team)。
隨著參與各地分會的活動，與各國姊妹們的交流互動，我深刻領悟到了凝聚力量、共同合作的重要性。透過集思廣益，我們能在海外環境中為中華民國台灣帶來新的活力和商機。看到姐妹們在不同國家發揮光彩、為台灣發聲，讓我對台灣的未來充滿信心與希望。更希望在未來能有更多傑出的台灣女性加入世華這個大家庭，讓我們一同讓世界看見台灣，讓世界看見世華的強大力量。我相信在大家的共同努力下，世華定會蓬勃發展，遍地開花。我愛世華、世華愛我。

A Journey of Transformation and Growth : A Look Back at Eight Years with GFCBW
In 2016, I embarked on my journey with GFCBW, a journey that has deeply inspired me and enriched my life in countless ways. GFCBW is a treasure trove of talent, where every member, every sister, shines with wisdom, experience, and a spirit that never fails to amaze and touch me. I am grateful for the many meaningful seminars organized by GFCBW, covering a wide range of topics such as CEO readings, sisters’ inspiring stories, business knowledge, and industry analysis. These events have been a cultural and intellectual baptism for me, shaping my economic, cultural, and spiritual perspectives. Through these experiences, I have drawn wisdom from the incredible stories of perseverance, determination, and intelligence shared by our members. These lessons have profoundly impacted me, turning many of you into mentors and friends on my path to growth.
Serving as Vice Chairwoman of GFCBW has been another milestone in my personal development. This role has afforded me the opportunity to engage more deeply with the association’s affairs, collaborate with more people, and continue my journey of learning and growth. Throughout this process, I have come to understand the importance of teamwork, realizing how essential it is to leverage everyone’s strengths and become a successful leader who empowers a team to grow stronger. Indeed, there is no “I” in “team.”
As I participate in various chapter activities and interact with members from around the world, I have come to appreciate the power of unity and collaboration. By pooling our ideas and efforts, we can bring new vitality and business opportunities to Taiwan within the global landscape. Seeing our members shine in different countries, advocating for Taiwan, fills me with confidence and hope for Taiwan’s future. I hope that in the future, more outstanding Taiwanese women will join this GFCBW family, helping us make Taiwan’s voice heard and showcasing the strength of GFCBW on the world stage.
I believe that with everyone’s collective effort, GFCBW will continue to flourish and grow. I love GFCBW, and GFCBW loves me. Together, we will blossom everywhere.
