讓世界看見台灣，讓世界看見世華
我們的大家庭 - 世華，是一個優質具有國際宏觀的婦女跨國社團組織。世華的成員皆是撐起半邊天的女強人。世華的宗旨為「心懷世界、掌握脈動、建立網路、發展經貿」，在我們的創會總會長柯杜瑞琴展現她睿智的遠見、卓越的領導和非凡的智慧，肇建了完成大我、發揮大愛、至善至美的平台。榮譽總會長施郭鳳珠以她國策顧問的經驗及高度，引領世華走向更高更寬闊的世界。我所認知的世華歷屆總會長，俱以無私無我、助人為樂的精神奉獻給世華這個大家庭，堅定不移地貫徹執行世華的宗旨，一直努力向前，並將之發揚光大成為所有女性的典範。
越珠於2016年底進入世華這個大家庭，進而成立巴爾的摩分會。誠以感恩的心，向歷任總會長、華冠獎得主以及分會的姐妹們學習到建立人脈及資源分享的經驗。各分會在世界各地共同賡續努力下，世華成功的融入各地的僑社和主流，並享有美好的名聲和嬴得高度的重視。我們無論身於何處，不忘初心，秉持著讓世界看見台灣，讓世界看見世華之目標，使世界各國主流深刻體會“Taiwan can help and Taiwan is helping.”之精義。
越珠感到萬分的榮幸，獲得第十二屆總會長莊住維的邀請，擔任世華總會副總會長之一。殷切期盼任內能在住維總會長的領導下，與世華姐妹們合作無間，共同努力為世華傾注各國主流社會，讓世界看見台灣。同時，也希望姐妹們用自己的專業，將台灣科技及產品努力推介至各國相關企業，同時透過媒合的方式引領台灣企業拓展至各國，強化台灣與各國的商機及貿易交流；進而積極協助台灣申請加入 世界衛生大會/世界衛生組織 WHA /WHO，以及「跨太平洋夥伴全面進步協定」(CPTPP) 及「印太經濟繁荣框架」(IPEF)。且讓我們繼續攜手，為世華和中華民國台灣發光發熱而努力。

Make Taiwan and the GFCBW visible in the world
Our big family – the GFCBW is a high-quality multinational organization of women with an international perspective. All members of the GFCBW are strong entrepreneurial women who hold up half of the sky. The mission statement of GFCBW is "Envisioning the world, Establishing networks, Embracing the trend, Developing economy and trade.” Our founding Chairwoman, Jui-chin Ko Tu, showed her extraordinary vision: with her excellent leadership and amazing wisdom, she built the wonderful GFCBW. The honorary Chairwoman Nancy Shih led the GFCBW to a better and higher position in the world with her experience as a national policy advisor. I have seen and learned that every previous Chairwoman of the GFCBW has been selflessly dedicated to the GFCBW, helping others and unswervingly implementing the mission statement of the GFCBW. They have always strived to move forward to become a model for all women. I was deeply honored to join the GFCBW, and I founded its Baltimore chapter at the end of 2016. With gratitude, I have learned from the past Chairwomen, the Huaguan Awardees, and the members of all chapters the experience of building connections and sharing resources.
With the concerted efforts of various chapters all over the world, the GFCBW has successfully entered the overseas Chinese/Taiwanese community and the mainstream and enjoys a good reputation and high attention. No matter where we are, we will never forget our original aspiration. We adhere to the purpose of making Taiwan and the GFCBW visible in the world and informing the mainstream of each country that "Taiwan can help and Taiwan is helping."
I felt very honored to be invited by Monica Chuang, the 12th Chairwoman of the GFCBW, to be one of the next Vice Chairwomen of the GFCBW. Our cooperation is seamless, and we will work together to help GFCBW penetrate deeper into the mainstream of various countries and make Taiwan visible in the world. I also hope that all members of the GFCBW will use their own expertise to promote Taiwan's technology and products to related companies in various countries, helping Taiwanese companies enter various countries through networking, strengthening business opportunities and trade exchanges between Taiwan and other countries, and actively assisting Taiwan in applying for membership in the WHA/WHO, the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, and the Indo-Pacific Economic Prosperity Framework. Let us continue to work together to shine for the GFCBW and Taiwan, the Republic of China.
