世華是華商婦女全球性的社團組織，總會自1994年創立以來，歷經柯杜創會總會長的創會，與歷屆總會長的卓越領航，及全球姊妹的鼎力參與支持，以世華的宗旨：「心懷世界、掌握脈動、建立網絡、發展經貿」團結全球華商婦女，貢獻才智，資源共享，與經驗交流，提升華商婦女在全球的經濟競爭力。
過去多年來，世華在海內外僑界的知名度，深受政府與各界人士的讚譽與肯定，並且在外交、僑務扮演積極奉獻角色，協助駐外單位，打入主流社會，做國民外交；從而提昇華人地位，成為政府最有力的後盾，造就廣闊的國際視野與無限價值，深受肯定與重視。
回想這二年來發生太多的變化，疫情的來襲，讓我們更加的團結，彼此拉近距離，更投入，更創新。在阡蕙總會長睿智的帶領下，做了很多公益，譬如捐贈醫療床、全球捐血活動、響應政府支持台灣參加WHO衛生組織大遊行等等活動。同時也將分會發展到79個，在新的國家土耳其，和台灣離島金門開枝散葉。
世華的薪傳一棒接一棒，棒棒皆強棒。展望世華總會第十二屆，在莊住維總會長的帶領下肯定會更創新。非常榮幸受邀連任副總會長的職銜，定會配合住維總會長鼎力參與會務，秉持著世華的宗旨，大家共同互相學習，成長奉獻，凝聚經濟實力與文化涵養，建構全球世華大家庭。

Consolidate Strength Grow Dedication
The GFCBW is a global organization of Chinese businesswomen, Since its establishment in 1994, through the founding Chairwoman Ko Tu and the outstanding guidance of previous Chairwomans, and the full support and participation of sisters around the world, the federation, with its purpose "with the world in mind, grasp the pulse, establish networks, develop economy and trade," has united Chinese businesswomen around the world to contribute talents, share resources, exchange experience, and enhance the economic competitiveness of Chinese businesswomen in the world.
Over the past few years, the GFCBW’s popularity in overseas Chinese circles and at home has been praised and affirmed by the government and people from all walks of life. The federation has played an active and dedicated role in diplomacy and overseas Chinese affairs, assisting government offices stationed abroad, entering into mainstream society, and promoting people’s diplomacy. With these efforts, it enhances the status of the Chinese and is a most powerful back-up of the Taiwan government. Meanwhile, the federation creates a broad international vision and infinite value; its merits are deeply affirmed and treasured.
Looking back on the changes that have taken place in the past two years, the outbreak of the epidemic has made us more united and closer to each other, more engaged, and more innovative. Under the great leadership of Chairwoman Sherry Chen, we have done a lot of public welfare, such as donating medical beds, organizing global blood donation activities, responding to government support for Taiwan to participate in the WHO Parade and other activities. At the same time, the federation also grew to 79 branches even in new countries such as Turkey, and the outlying island of Quemoy.
The federation has passed one baton after another, and each baton is strong. Looking forward to the twelfth session of the federation, under the leadership of Chairwoman Chuang Chuwei, it will certainly be more innovative. It is a great honor to be invited and re-elected as Vice Chairwoman; I will get together with Chairwoman Chuwei to do my best in the federation, uphold the purpose of the federation, learn from each other, grow together, gather economic strength and cultural capital, so as to build a great GFCBW family.!
Let us share the responsibilities of polishing the golden sign of the federation--Together we will be the strong back-up of the federation. Jointly, we will create a model for international women's associations, and achieve a better world!
