世界性婦女組織，代表著婦女能力及女權的被重視！女力是不容被忽視的，那是一股柔軟而堅毅的力量，在社會當中扮演著緩衝及平衡的角色！
當今女性已自覺，除了家庭外，亦能在事業上撐起自己的一片天，發揮自己的潛能，展現抱負及理想！
「世界華人工商婦女企管協會」的一路發展，網羅了世界各地的華人婦女菁英加入，也造就了很多婦女人才於台灣及僑居地皆嶄露頭角。創會人柯杜瑞琴創會總會長具有對社團長遠發展的獨特眼光及智慧，而每一棒延續的領導人，更具有傳承創新的能力，因而造就這個愈來愈優質的女性交流平台！
付出服務是世華社團的優良傳承，有機會參與了在總會多年的服務，深深感恩在這平台所獲得的學習，成就了自己也成就了他人。我常與人分享，在社團中，不要計較，付出愈多得到愈多，世華姊妹要相互成就、提攜，不但要提升婦女在社會上的地位，也要使世華在大家共同努力下，共同發光發亮！
第十二屆新團隊正式接班，上任的莊住維總會長是一個有使命又具宏觀的企業家，相信在她的領導下，世華必再造另一高峰！
Inheriting the Past and Opening Up the Future
The brilliant worldwide women's organization GFCBW represents the importance of women's ability and feminism! Female power cannot be ignored: it is a soft and resolute force, which plays a buffering and balancing role in society!
Today's women have realized that in addition to their families, they can also support their own pieces of the sky in their careers, exert their potential, and show their ambitions and ideals!
The development of the Global Federation of Chinese Businesswoman has attracted Chinese women from all over the world to join and has also aided many brilliant women to emerge in Taiwan and in overseas Chinese communities. The founder of the association, the founding Chairwoman Jui-chin Ko Tu, has a unique vision and wisdom for the long-term development of the Federation, and the Chairwomen of each session have the ability to inherit and innovate, thus creating this more and more high-quality women's communication platform!
Giving service is an excellent heritage of the GFCBW, and I have had the opportunity to participate in the service of the Federation for many years. I am deeply grateful for the learning I have gained on this platform from my own achievements and those of others. I often share with people in the federation—I am happy to do so--the more you pay, the more you get . . . Sisters of the federation should help and promote each other, not only to strengthen the position of women in society, but also to make GFCBW shine and glow together with the joint efforts of everyone!
The 12th new leadership team has now been officially installed; the incoming new Chairwoman Chuang is a mission-oriented entrepreneur with a macro view. I believe that under her leadership, GFCWB will create another, even higher peak!
