感謝姊妹們的支持，玲華很榮幸當選為第13屆第一副總會長。這是一個充滿挑戰和責任的角色，不僅考驗個人的能力，也考驗團隊的合作和領導力。能夠將所學應用於服務世華，對我而言，既是榮譽，也是責任。我更要感謝一直帶領世華前行的每一位前輩們，妳們的理念和經驗，是我成長的養分，妳們無私的奉獻與分享，開啟我的智慧。世華是玲華成長的助力!!
第13屆淑敏總會長具有高瞻遠矚的視野，為人圓融善於溝通，並有廣結善緣的人脈，是我學習的榜樣。相信在她的領導下，配合團隊的分工合作，定能在會務上取得長足的進步，開拓更多的世華分會，也能在社會公益方面展現出熱誠、承諾與貢獻。

I am deeply grateful for the support of my fellow sisters. It is a great honor to be elected as the First Vice Chairwoman of the 13th term. This is a role filled with challenges and responsibilities, testing not only personal abilities but also teamwork and leadership. Being able to apply what I've learned to serve the GFCBW is both an honor and a responsibility for me. I must also express my gratitude to every predecessor who has led the association forward. Your ideas and experiences have nurtured my growth, and your selfless dedication and sharing have enlightened me. The association has been a powerful force in my development!
Chairwoman Shu Min the 13th term has a farsighted vision, excels in communication, and has a wide network of connections, serving as a role model for me. I believe that under her leadership, with the cooperation of the team, we will make significant progress in the association's affairs, expand more branches of the association, and demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment, and contribution in social welfare.
In today's rapidly changing society, intelligence has become a key driving force for progress.
"Smart Leadership, Social Care, System Optimization, Mission Accomplished" is my service motto, and it is the direction and goal of my efforts. In the future, I will continue to work hard, uphold the values of foresight, passion, inheritance, and sustainability, assisting Chairwoman Shu Min in promoting the development of the association's affairs. I will also focus on deeply engaging with various regions and chapters, striving to strengthen the connections between them, promoting the effective flow and sharing of resources, and ensuring that every chapter can maximize its potential in its respective professional field. Through close collaboration with each chapter, we will continue to drive system optimization and enhance internal governance structures to fulfill our mission.
