As the first international Chinese women's organization to register in Taiwan and develop itself into the world, GFCBW is not only the world's most important platform for business opportunities and knowledge exchange for Chinese women entrepreneurs, but also a significant cradle for nurturing and cultivating talents of elite leadership. Through the responsibility of the chapters and the confederation, many sisters possess an international point of view and a forward-looking vision. The sisters serve GFCBW global members with the spirit of sorority, achieving the brilliant glory of GFCBW.

Sue Lin founded the GFCBW Branch in Australia in 2004 and won the 7th Huaguan Award in 2018. I have been highly valued by several Chairwomen, successively serving as the 8th, 10th and 11th Vice Chairwomans, and has gained many opportunities for learning and training. Thank you very much to Chairwoman Sherry Chen for her generosity, worldly wisdom, and full authority, giving Sue Lin the opportunity to build up profound friendships with other member sisters in Oceania and Southeast Asia. These friendships have allowed me to witness how the sisters dedicate themselves in a difficult and challenging environment in countries with different cultural characteristics and customs. As to public welfare charity, they are even more selflessly devoted, with all-out efforts. In addition to being touched by these actions, Sue also was stimulated to join these actions.

Particularly exciting thing is the establishment of the Sydney branch in August 2022, which is the second new blood outside the Gold Coast of Australia, becoming the 77th chapter of GFCBW. More and more sisters with common cause are contributing their efforts in Australia, so that Chinese businesswomen own a greater collaborative platform here, ensuring GFCBW will have a better influence in Australia.

On June 1 this year, the first, unprecedented election of the "First Vice Chairwoman" and "Chairman of the Board of Supervisors" was an important milestone for GFCBW and a special thankful day for Sue Lin, she had the honor to participate in this event, not only to sort out her past learning process in the confederation, but also understand her responsibilities to GFCBW and the specific direction of "making up for her clumsiness with diligence" in the future. Thanks to the sisters' love and the opportunity given to Sue Lin, she promises to be a great driving force and do her best to assist the 12th term of the confederation, so as not to fail to live up to the sisters' trust.

Chairwoman Monica Chuang is a modern lady of beauty and intelligence inside and out. She is decisive and reasonable but humble, accurate, smart and enthusiastic about public welfare; especially, she is a successful and caring entrepreneur. Her concepts, patterns, and her steady and down-to-earth planning policy, all these have Sue Lin’s unreserved admiration. Being able to follow Chairwoman Chuang to serve GFCBW is truly a blessing for Sue Lin. Under the leadership of Chairwoman Chuang, the 12th session will have a different kind of glory and prosperity. Every GFCBW sister is even more duty-bound to help; let us work hand-in-hand together to cherish and support GFCBW; Moreover, be self-motivated to take responsibility, to create unlimited value of life!
