「世華30·百年基石」，我從柯社創會總會長創會至今，在世華這個大家庭也學習成長了30年，期間在會裡擔任各項職務，非常感謝歷任總會長讓我能站在巨人肩膀上，站的高、看的遠，豐富了人生閱歷，至今也有所成，更有機會奉獻回饋給世華。謝謝淑敏總會長的賞識與邀約，能再次以副總會長一職為世華盡心盡力，承先啟後秉持世華宗旨，以宣揚淑敏總會長「傳承、傳愛、傳價值」的會務目標前進，感謝總會長給我的機會與肯定，讓我能夠在這個崇高的平台上繼續為大家服务。
作為一名長期投身於企業管理和女性事業的工作者，我深知我們協會的宗旨和使命，隨著時間的推進，更多全球優質女性們有志一同地加入世華，讓我們更致力於促進全球華人工商界婦女之間的聯繋與合作，提昇全球女性在國際間的社經地位，愛無國界，成為國民外交的新女力，我深感責任重大，必將竭盡全力，不辜負大家的期望。
展望未來的目標與責任，追隨淑敏總會長理念與處事精神，孟榆積極投身參與、關懷及輔導所屬各分會會務發展，強化各分會之間的互動交流、情感聯繫與厚實會務根基，不定期舉辦各類培訓和研討會，提高大家的專業素養和領導能力；鼓勵會員企業進行技術創新和業務拓展，提供資源和支持，幫助大家在瞬息萬變的市場中保持競爭力；倡導各分會履行社會責任，參與公益事業，為社會的和諧與發展貢獻力量。

GFCBW 30: A Foundation for a Century! From the founding of GFCBW by Chairwoman Jui-Chin Ko Tu until now, I have spent 30 years growing and learning within this big family. Throughout these years, I have held various roles within the association, and I am immensely grateful to the past Chairwomen for allowing me to stand on the shoulders of giants, enriching my life experiences and enabling me to contribute back to GFCBW. I am deeply thankful to Chairwoman Shu Min for her recognition and invitation, allowing me to once again serve as Vice Chairwoman. I am committed to advancing the GFCBW mission and upholding Chairwoman Shu Min’s vision of “ Inheritance, Spreading Love, Transmitting value.” I am grateful for the opportunity and the trust given to me to continue serving everyone on this prestigious platform.
As someone long involved in business management and women’s initiatives, I deeply understand our association’s mission and purpose. Over time, more outstanding women from around the world have joined GFCBW, making us even more committed to promoting connections and cooperation among women in the global Chinese business community. We are dedicated to raising the social and economic status of women internationally, fostering love without borders, and becoming a new force in national diplomacy. I feel a great sense of responsibility and will strive to meet everyone’s expectations.
Looking ahead, I will follow Chairwoman Shu Min’s philosophy and spirit. I will actively participate in supporting and guiding the development of our chapters, strengthening the interaction and emotional ties between them, and reinforcing the foundation of our association’s activities. We will regularly organize various training sessions and seminars to enhance members’ professional skills and leadership abilities. I will encourage member enterprises to innovate and expand their business, providing resources and support to help them remain competitive in the ever-changing market. We will also advocate for our chapters to fulfill their social responsibilities by participating in charitable activities, contributing to social harmony and development.
Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone for your trust and support.
