謙卑學習，積極奉獻
自從2018年5月創立檳城分會，我帶領會員姊妹積極參與總會活動，無論是在台灣或是海外地區舉辦的世界年會，都想辦法帶團參加，爭取與全球姊妹交流的機會。對於新創立的分會，我們更懷抱祝福與關愛的心情出席成立大會，讓新加入【世華】的姊妹感受被支持和鼓舞的力量。
2021年，多年來在僑居地的公益付出，獲得馬國政府核城洲元首賜封高級拿督動銜；再於2022年獲選【華冠獎】，從時任副總統的賴清德總統手上接下榮耀的獎盃。「得獎，是承擔下一階段責任的開始」，過去這些年，我透過總會國際理監事、國際常務理事等會職的歷練，連續向所有大大們和三屆總會長學習奉獻的精神和卓越的領導風範。並且從【華冠獎】得主聯誼會，與許多事業成就頂尖的菁英姊妹交流過程，看見「一山還有一山高」的人生視野，也深深覺得自己還有很大的學習成長空間，還要更加謙卑。
非常榮幸，能夠受到林淑敏總會長的邀請，擔任第十三屆副總會長，讓我有機會回饋【世華】對我多年的栽培。我跟淑敏總會長的資歷非常相近，都是分會的創會長，並且先後獲得第七屆和第九屆的【華冠獎】表揚。她不但事業有成，更帶領家族成為【世華】最堅定的擁護者，是我學習的榜樣。
我被指派的責任區是亞洲，東南亞有8個分會，東北亞有5個分會，13個分會分布在8個國家，還未插旗的國家，未來都有機會加入全球版圖，是我們要努力的方向。期盼未來二年任期，能夠在淑敏總會長的領導之下，為【世華】會務做出貢獻，與所有姊妹一起成就非凡的人生價值!
Humility in Learning, Active in Contribution
Since founding the Penang Chapter in May 2018, I have led our members to actively participate in the association’s activities, whether in Taiwan or overseas world conferences. We have sought every opportunity to join these events and engage with global members. For newly established chapters, we attend their founding ceremonies with blessings and support, helping new members feel encouraged and empowered.
In 2021, my years of dedication to public welfare in my resident country earned me the high
honor of Datukship from the Governor of Penang, Malaysia. In 2022, I was honored with the Hua Guan Award, receiving the prestigious trophy from then Vice President Lai Ching-te.
“Winning an award is the beginning of taking on the next stage of responsibilities.” Over the years, I have learned the spirit of dedication and excellent leadership from various leaders and three past chairwomen of the association through roles such as International Board Member and Executive Director. Engaging with top-tier women elites through the Hua Guan Award winners’ fellowship, I realized the vast potential for my own growth and learning, which has made me even more humble.
I am honored to be invited by Chairwoman Shu Min to serve as the Vice Chairwoman of the
Thirteenth Term. This role offers me the chance to give back to the association for its years of nurturing. Chairwoman Lin and I share similar backgrounds as founders of chapters and recipients of the Seventh and Ninth Hua Guan Awards. Not only is she successful in her career, but she also leads her family as the staunchest supporters of the association, serving as a role model for me.
My assigned area of responsibility includes Asia, with eight chapters in Southeast Asia and five in Northeast Asia, totaling thirteen chapters across eight countries. Countries not yet represented have opportunities to join the global network in the future. I hope to contribute to the association's work during the next two years under Chairwoman Lin's leadership and achieve extraordinary personal value with all our members!
