世界華人工商婦女協會自1994 年創立至今已29 個年頭，創會的目的是為來自台灣的女性企業家建立國際性交流平台，是一個全球最大的優質國際婦女社團。從創立初期的篳路藍縷，到現在全球分會遍佈全球三大洋六大洲。在創會總會長柯杜瑞琴與歷屆總會長多年悉心經營發展下，我們努力以柔軟的女力，從台灣出發走到世界的版圖上，讓全世界都能看到台灣女力的堅韌。
經過29 年來的發展，世華在全球各地發光發熱，也吸引了許多優秀的女性企業家加入行列，在海內外僑界已具知名度，已是僑台商婦女菁英最佳的交流平台。 每年總會及各分會的會長交接典禮上，姊妹皆共襄盛舉，分享喜樂並凝聚情誼。
第十二屆莊住維總會長德慧兼具，她事業成功外，更非常慈悲地為社會付出愛心，是一位有理想、能創新、愛心行善，不斷地追求品味及內涵充實的時代新女性。很高興世華能有此有能、有心，且願意出錢、出力、出時間為全球世華姊妹付出心力的總會長，相信世華在她的優秀領航下必能再創輝煌。

GFCBW wasestablished 29 yearsago in 1994.Its purpose is to set up an international exchange platform for female entrepreneurs originally from Taiwan, and it is the world’s largest high-quality international women’s association. From the early days of its establishment, the original entity has now spread to three oceans and six continents around the world. Under the careful management and development of founding Chairwoman Ko Tu Jui-chin and successive Chairwomen, we have strived to spread from Taiwan to the whole world with soft female strength, so that the world can see the tenacity of Taiwan’s female power.
After 29 years of development, GFCBWnow shinesand glowsall over the world.It has attracted many outstanding female entrepreneurs to join the federation, and it is now a well-known organization at home and abroad, becoming the best communication platform for overseas Chinese, Taiwan businesswomen and women elites. Every year, at the Chairwoman’s handover ceremony of the federation and its branches, the sisters all celebrate together to share joy and solidify friendship.
The 12thChairwoman of GFCBW, Chuang Chuwei,has both wisdom and virtue.In addition to her successful career, she is very compassionate, sharing love for the society. She is a new woman of the era who has ideals, keeps innovating, is willing to do charity and constantly pursues thegoals of improving her inner substance. I am very happy that here is a capable,good-heartedChairwoman who is willing to contribute her money, time and energy to the sisters in the federation, and I believe that the federation will be able to create a brilliant future again under her excellent guidance.
Ever since participating in the federation activities, I have seen all the sisters devote themselves with enthusiasm, and sincerely get involved in public welfare and benefit the societyin their hard-working spare time. They are a group of warm, enthusiastic and caring female entrepreneurs. I sincerely hope that each one of us will continue to hold hands and connect hearts to learn and grow together, share resources through the platform of the federation, share all of ourexperience, show our talents, develop economy and trade, and then give back to the society andour country and enrich the value of life.
