與時俱進 共創輝煌
「深耕世華 遇見幸福」是多年來身為「世華」人的我最大的收穫，「世界華人工商婦女企 管協會」自 1994 年創立至今走過了 29 個年頭，每一位總會長嘔心瀝血、用心經營、累積能量， 留下一篇篇卓越的成就。
讓世界看見「世華」，是我們共同的心願；為世華姊妹創造更寛廣的平台鏈結全球，是我們 的目標；眾志成城、集結資源為地球村盡一份心力，是我們的使命。「世華」的榮耀是全體姊妹 們的集體創作，每當姊妹們高喊「我愛世華 世華愛我」時，我們都感受到那份真心實意的感動， 這就是「世華精神」最佳的寫照！
時値卸任之際，滿懷感恩與期待！感恩任內姊妹們的情義相挺，期待新一屆的接棒與傳承。 恭喜第十二屆總會長莊住維女士榮耀登基，欣見中生代的智慧領導，肯定精彩！
世華姊妹一致推崇的「時尚女王」—莊住維總會長，曾任「世華」兩屆的副總會長、第五屆 華冠獎得主及第六屆華冠獎得主聯誼會會長，對「世華」會務運作信手拈來、熟稔有餘，事業版 圖更是跨足紡織、餐飲、生技、醫美多元領域。值得一提的是住維追隨父祖兩代的布市批發，第 三代創新經營以紡織貿易出發，創立「佳尼特」集團，走闖全球 50 多個國家，如今更是全球知 名品牌服裝連鎖業界的主要布料供應商，領航全球紡織時尚。
更難能可貴的是，她的一顆良善之心，事業有成不忘回饋，重資成立「佳尼特教育基金會」 投身公益，為培育偏鄉孩童、維護傳統藝術文化，不遺餘力。成立六年來舉辦多次大型活動，場 場叫好。阡蕙有幸參與，看見那些受惠的孩子們眼中閃爍的光芒，內心的感動實非言語足以形容。
「佳尼特教育基金會」成立的第三年即獲文化部頒發「文馨獎」，足見住維總會長的用心倍受肯 定，身為她的姊妹，著實深以為榮！
「世界華人工商婦女企管協會」秉持一貫的宗旨—心懷世界、掌握脈動、建立網絡、發展經 貿，更是一個與時俱進的國際社團，第十二屆莊住維總會長「新時代女性」的智慧領導實乃眾望 所歸，全體姊妺亦當全力相挺，期待未來「世華」新的里程碑，共創輝煌！

Keep pace with the times and create brilliance
“To gain happiness, deeplycultivate and nourish GFCBW” is my biggest lesson as a member of the fed-eration over the years, The GFCBW has gone through 29 years since its establishment in 1994, and every Chairwoman has worked hard to accumulate energy, and left outstanding achievements.
“Let the world see the GFCBW” is our common wish. It is our goal to create a wider platform chain for the federation sisters to connect the world. It is our mission to unite as one and gather resources to contribute to the global village. The glory of GFCBW is the collective creation of all the sisters: whenever the sisters shout, “I love GFCBWand the GFCBWloves me”, we all feel the sincere touch, which is the best portrayal of the “GFCBW Spirit”!
Now, when my term is over, I am full of gratitude and expectation! I am grateful for the love and righteous support of the sisters in the federation and look forward to the new baton to be carried forward. Congratulations to the 12thChairwoman, Ms. Chuang Chuwei, on her glorious accession to the throne, and I welcome the wise leadership of the younger generation, which is certainly wonderful!
Chairwoman Chuang Chuwei, the “Queen of Fashion,” unanimously respected by the sisters of the fed-eration, has served as the vice Chairwoman of GFCBW for two terms. She is the winner of the 5thHuaguan Award and the Chairwoman of the 6thHuaguan Award Winners Association and is more than familiar with the operations of GFCBW. Meanwhile, her career territory has stepped over the fields of tex-tiles, hospitality, biotechnology and medical aesthetics. It is worth mentioning that Chuwei inherited the wholesale business of the cloth market of two generations—her father and grandfather—and she, as the third generation in the textile trade, innovatively founded the “Chanitex” Group, traveled to more than 50 countries around the world, and is now the main cloth supplier of the world’s well-known branded clothing chain industry, lead-ing global textile fashion.
Her good heart is even more valuable; she does not forget to feed back to society with her successful career. She has invested a huge amount in the establishment of the Chanitex Education Foundation to devote herself to public welfare, sparing no effort to cultivate children in remote villages and maintain traditional art and culture. In the six years since its establishment, it has held many large-scale cultural activities and were applauded for each show. I have had the privilege to participate and see the light in the eyes of the be-neficiary children. The inner touch was beyond words to describe. In the third year of its establishment, the “Chanitex Education Foundation” was awarded the “Wenxin Arts and Business Award” by the Ministry of Culture, which shows that Chairwoman Chuwei’s intentions are highly affirmed, and as a sister of hers, I am truly proud of her!
The GFCBW adheres to a consistent purpose - to have the world in mind, to embrace its trends, to es-tablish networks, and to develop economy and trade; it is also an international organization that keeps pace with the times. The 12thChairwoman Chuang Chuwei, a “New Era Woman,” a leader with wisdom, is highly expected and welcomed by all. All sisters of the federation should give her their full support. I am looking forward to the new milestone of the GFCBW in the future and the creation of brilliance!
