邁入新的里程碑
【世華】已經邁入第12 屆，在第11 屆陳阡蕙總會長帶著亮麗的成績交棒給住維總會長之後， 【世華】也將邁入另外一個新的里程。
第12 屆總會長莊住維，經由台中分會認識了【世華】。更於2013 年在眾多參選人中脫穎而出、榮獲第五屆【華冠獎】表揚，而愛上【世華】，投入會務的協助，至今轉眼已經10 多年過去了。
在事業經營上，住維總會長透過紡織引領時尚的服裝材料，並在餐飲連鎖企業擁有眾多分店， 是一個傑出的投資經營者。而在家庭中更深獲夫婿的支持，栽培出優秀的子女；難能可貴的，是孝順父母及公婆，堪稱為現代女性的典範。
在第一副總會長兩年任內，住維總會長對於她職責範圍內的各分會，親自積極參與各分會的例會和活動，甚至深獲好評。由於深知總會長的職務責任重大，需要帶領姊妹積極向前、凝聚力量，讓世華在各個角落、各個地區、都能發光發熱。因此二年的疫情期間，不但受邀至各分會專題演講，更透過跨領域線上論壇的舉辦，以及華冠CEO 書院的知識分享，帶動全球姊妹學習成長。
住維總會長不但是一位非常稱職的第一副總會長，更力邀全球各分會的優秀姐妹組織強大的幹部團隊；接任之前就透過廣泛的溝通，瞭解未來運作方向，建立共識，為第十二屆會務的啟動， 奠定良好基礎。相信在住維總會長的帶領下，一定可以發揮經營事業的長才，以前瞻和創新的思維，帶領世華邁向另一個新局面、新氣象。

Entering a new milestone
GFCBW has entered the 12thterm, and after the 11thChairwoman, Sherry Chen,handed over the baton to Chairwoman Monica Chuang with bright results, GFCBW now enters another new milestone.
12thChairwoman Chuangjoined GFCBW through the Taichung Branch. In 2013, she stood out among many candidates and won the praise of the 5thHuaguan Award.She fell in love with GFCBW and devoted herself tothe assistance of the confederation, nearly 10 years ago.
In terms of business management, Monica is an outstanding investment operator who leads the fashion of clothing materials through textiles and owns many restaurant chain branches. And in her family, she is supported by her husband and excellent children.She valuesmost filial piety to her parents and in-laws, and thus may be called a model of modern women.
During her two-year tenure as First Vice Chairwoman, ChairwomanChuang has personally participated in the regular meetings and activities of each chapter within her area of responsibility and has received great praise. Becauseshe knows that the Chairwoman’s position is heavy and responsible, she needs to lead the sisters to actively move forward and gather strength, so that GFCBW can shine in all corners and regions of the world. Therefore, during the epidemic in the past two yearsshe was not only invited to give special speeches at various clubs, but also promoted the learning and growth of sisters around the world through the holding of cross-disciplinary online forums and the knowledge sharing of the Huaguan CEO Academy.
ChairwomanChuang is not only a very competent first vice Chairwoman buthas also organized a strong cadre team of excellent sister organizations from chapters around the world; Before taking over, through extensive communication,she planned the future direction of operations, built up consensus, and laid a good foundation for the launch of the 12th term. With her business talent,forward-looking vision,and innovative thinking, I believe that ChairwomanChuang’s leadership will lead GFCBW to another new era and a new look.
